Job summary

A supported housing organization in Southend-on-Sea is looking for a compassionate Project Worker to join the Supported Housing team. Qualifications

• Experience in partnership working and applying health & safety guidance.
• Ability to respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and housing management to residents in supported accommodation.
• Build positive relationships and tailor support packages to individual needs.
• Encourage engagement with health and addiction services.
• Help residents develop independent living skills.
