Job summary

MB Group Management Ltd is seeking a Housing Enforcement Lead for a 6-month contract in the United Kingdom. The role combines strategic leadership with practical enforcement across private sector housing, renters rights, and homelessness strategies.

The position offers a flexible hybrid working pattern (part remote – 2 days per week from home) and a rate of £50 per hour (umbrella).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership in Private Sector Housing (HHSRS, HMO licensing, Fire Safety in High Rise Dwellings, Asylum Accommodation, Public Health in Housing) and Renters Rights (Implementation & Enforcement).
• Lead Housing Strategy including homelessness, temporary accommodation, supported accommodation and affordable housing.
• Ensure work processes, standards and compliance are maintained and continuously improved.
• Deliver a specialist, professional service with high standards of advice and support and resolving cases of varying complexity as they arise.
