We are recruiting a Housing Disrepair Team Leader based in Liverpool. This role involves overseeing a team handling pre and post litigated housing disrepair cases. Experience in Personal Injury is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team capacity and workload distribution.
• Support, develop, and motivate team members through regular meetings.
• Maintain high-quality service standards.
• Represent the firm's values actively.
• Progress caseloads efficiently, providing professional legal advice.
• Manage your own caseload from start to finish.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and targets.

About You:

• Experience in housing disrepair is essential.
