Job summary

Bond Turner is recruiting a Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Fee Earner based in Liverpool with hybrid working. You will manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigation housing disrepair claims, draft interlocutory applications, and liaise with Counsel to provide clear instructions.

You will handle complex cases, including small claims, fast and multi-track matters, ensuring the best outcomes for clients. Knowledge of CPR and housing case law and a proactive, client-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing disrepair matters.
• Good knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own case load of housing disrepair claims being pre and post-litigated cases.
• Dealing with and drafting various interlocutory applications
• Liaising with Counsel and providing coherent instructions when necessary.
• Complete autonomy with instruction through to settlement
• Dealing with complex cases
• Dealing with small claims, fast and multitrack cases
