Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, personable and technically strong Construction Project Managers with previous people, client and contractor management experience. Working in either the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs service or the High‑Rise Management and Investment service, you will be involved in overseeing construction projects with a site presence during delivery.
You should be confident in communicating with designers, contractors and residents and all stakeholders to drive forward construction projects. You should be able to apply programme and project management skills as well as a strong ability to manage the application of design principles during the construction phase.
