As a Housing Assistant, you’ll support the Area Housing Team in delivering a first‑class housing management service. You’ll handle essential administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure that the programme runs smoothly and efficiently — all while providing excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the Open Parking Programme.
  • Maintain and update electronic records and documentation accurately.
  • Perform data entry and manage housing‑related databases.
  • Coordinate Outlook diary appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Assist with letters, printing, and correspondence as needed.
  • Offer flexible support to ensure effective delivery of all housing services.
