Interviews will be held week commencing 28th September 2026, with an anticipated start date of January 2027.
The Role
The role involves playing a key role in helping people access suitable accommodation. You will assess housing applications, allocate homes, manage lettings, and provide advice and support to customers, including vulnerable households with complex housing needs.
The Person
This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent communication, decision-making and customer service skills, with the opportunity to make a real difference to residents across the borough. You should have experience of delivering housing allocations, property lettings or related services and a proven ability to manage your own caseload.
