Holiday Inn Cardiff City Centre is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of presentation throughout each shift.

The role focuses on working calmly and efficiently within set timeframes, reporting issues promptly and following hygiene and safety guidelines to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, welcoming stay.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include cleaning guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes.
• Follow cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories.
• Report damages or maintenance issues promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas.
• Work safely and responsibly, following hygiene and health & safety guidelines.

The Opportunity

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Your work behind the scenes will directly shape how guests feel during their stay, helping them relax, feel cared for and truly at home.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to agreed standards, ensuring each space is presented with care and attention to detail.
