Stanneylands Hotel in Wilmslow is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our friendly team. The role offers £13.00 per hour and the chance to lead frontline housekeeping and maintain high standards across rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate will deputise for the Head Housekeeper when needed, manage duties, order supplies, and ensure outstanding guest service consistent with our brand values and the Stanneylands refurbishment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in housekeeping.
• Customer service orientation and team supervision.
• Ability to deputise in Head Housekeeper’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Deputise in the absence of Head Housekeeper.
• Check rooms and maintain inspection standards.
• Place orders for supplies and linen.
• Check public areas and corridors for cleanliness.
• Assign team duties and monitor workload.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in line with standards.
• Work as part of a team and assist in other areas as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
