Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader for Whinfell Forest to oversee daily cleaning operations across accommodation units and support team development. You will ensure high cleanliness standards, security, and a welcoming environment for guests.

The role involves motivating the team, promoting a positive working culture, and maintaining consistency in service during shifts (Fridays and Mondays, 8:30am–5:00pm). The position is based on site with Center Parcs facilities nearby.

Create memorable guest experiences by ensuring our accommodation is clean, secure and welcoming. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you'll oversee the daily cleaning operation, support your team's development and maintain high standards across all areas.
