Job summary

Travelodge Middlesbrough is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor on a part-time contract to lead and train a team, ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas meet the hotel’s high standards.

You will provide constructive feedback, motivate staff, and help develop team members through our Aspire Programme and other incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and training a hospitality housekeeping team.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a group setting.
