De Vere Tortwort Court is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily room cleanliness and guest comfort at our 201-bedroom property in the Cotswolds. The role offers live-in accommodation and a supportive team environment within a renowned hospitality group.

You will lead a team, ensure high standards of presentation, and assist with stock, laundry counts and rotas to support smooth department operation.

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at De Vere Tortworth Court – a 201 bedroom Hotel in Wotton Under Edge

From meticulously clean rooms to thoughtful touches, you will check bedrooms on a daily basis, proactively addressing any housekeeping-related requirements to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. You will instill in your team the importance of paying attention to every detail, no matter how small, to create memorable moments for guests

You will lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and by building genuine relationships with your team members, you will create a sense of belonging, empowering them to take pride in their work. You will also support with administrative tasks such as stock orders, laundry counts and rotas to ensure the smooth running of the department,

Your Skills & Experience:

• You have previous experience in a similar role - Hotel housekeeping experience is desirable, but is not essential
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the hotel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, prioritising tasks and managing work schedules to meet operational requirements
