Radley College is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Domestic Services team and uphold high cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across the College.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee a team of staff, develop colleagues, and ensure efficient operation during 31 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am–2.45pm. The role offers pension benefits and meals during term time.

• Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff across the College.

• Contribute to the smooth running of the housekeeping operation.
