Job summary

The Bath Priory, part of Andrew Brownsword Hotels Limited, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest rooms and public areas are sparkling and welcoming. You will lead a team, train junior staff, and ensure COSHH and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping role or similar is essential.
• COSHH training up to date is preferred.
• Flexibility with rosters is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house areas and guest bedrooms to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Lead by example and train junior housekeeping staff to be as fabulous as you are.
• Ensure safety and COSHH compliance across housekeeping operations.
• Check all hotel areas are ready for guests’ arrival.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain service standards.
