Welcome Break is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at Ramada Cambridge CB23 4WU. The role pays up to £13.35 per hour plus a £10 meal allowance, with benefits and discounts across Welcome Break sites nationwide.

You will lead a housekeeping team to maintain spotless rooms and public areas, supporting guests with exceptional service. Applicants with hotel experience, strong leadership, and a passion for customer care are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Prior experience in hotels as a housekeeper or supervisor.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Fanatical about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willing to lead by example and assist with tasks when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead housekeeping team to deliver clean, fresh rooms to guests.
• Maintain high cleaning standards for rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and damages promptly.
• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance to company standards.
• Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with bed making and bathroom cleaning when necessary.
