A luxury boutique hotel in Oxford is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold cleanliness standards and ensure a seamless experience for guests. We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the luxurious five-star plus Old Parsonage Hotel, which is part of ‘The Oxford Collection’; a small, privately owned group of two luxury 5* hotels and apartments, three restaurants that consists of the Old Bank Hotel, the Old Parsonage Hotel, 36 St Giles, Parsonage Grill, Gees Restaurant & Bar, and Quod Restaurant & Bar. Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment programme, we have 80 bedrooms across three iconic properties in central Oxford, with unrivalled views across the city’s beautiful skyline.

Our Housekeeping team is key in providing the highest level of cleanliness for our hotel and restaurant guests. You will be keen and hardworking with an interest in hospitality.
We offer a sensible shift pattern, across a 40-hour working week (Monday‑Sunday rota with 2 days off) with an OTE up to £13.30 per hour, £27,664 per annum, including non-contractual service charge (tronc).
Part-time hours may also be considered.
Eligibility to work within the UK must be proven and two references should be available on request.
