Job summary

Sanctuary Care is recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor at Iffley Residential and Nursing Home in Oxford. You will lead the housekeeping team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that feels like home for residents, and you will train and support team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness.

You will work closely with colleagues to support residents’ wellbeing, ensuring infection control is rigorously followed while delivering compassionate care in a not-for-profit,

Qualifications

  • Experience providing housekeeping services, ideally in a residential setting.
  • Confidence leading and supporting a small team.
  • Knowledge of infection control and safe cleaning practices.
  • Clear communication skills and a flexible, positive approach.
  • A caring, enthusiastic nature with a genuine respect for older people.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping Supervisor

Your role
