Lakeview Grange is a luxurious 55 bedded residential and dementia care home based in Chichester, West Sussex.

Role Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a hands‑on role leading the team of housekeeping and laundry assistants. You will be responsible for supervising and auditing all housekeeping functions within the home and ensure that customer care and service is delivered in a consistent manner and that the home, its furnishings, equipment and linen are of the highest standard and safe, at all times.

You will supervise the housekeepers and laundry assistants and ensure working rotas are in place. You will need to be able to lead, train and mentor your team whilst following the housekeeping and infection control policy and procedures within the home.

Previous supervisory experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
