Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to lead the team on shift, ensuring all hotel rooms are spotless and aligned with brand standards. You will allocate tasks, monitor performance, and regularly inventory departmental supplies.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping, a commitment to four-star quality, and strong team leadership with keen attention to detail. Located near Oxford in Thame, part of The QHotels Collection.

What will I do?

Supervise and work together with team members during each shift to ensure all hotel rooms are sparkly, clean and to brand standards. You will assign tasks to the team, inspect work to ensure standards are met as well as doing regular inventory of departmental supplies.
