Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Physically demanding role requiring being on feet and lifting heavy items.
  • Ability to guide and support team members effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness across hotel areas.
  • Report on room maintenance and ensure high cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in stock control and ordering supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive and hands on approach, supporting our housekeeping team from the front-line to deliver exceptional levels & standards of cleanliness across all areas of the Hotel.
  • A good understanding of hygiene legislation and best practice.
  • Reporting to management with regards to the preparation and cleanliness of all bedrooms and hotel public areas.
  • Lead by example. Guiding our Room Attendants & Linen Porters in providing a friendly and efficient service.
  • Support our Head and Assistant Head Housekeeper with stock control and ordering.
  • Report any snags or required room maintenance, ensuring rooms are in good order and liaising with the maintenance team when required.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or within a similar role is essential. Please note, this role is a physically demanding role, requiring you to be on your feet throughout. Lifting and manoeuvring of furniture and heavy linens will be required. You must have a proactive and motivated attitude towards providing high standards of service.
