Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned to brand standards.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance of housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, placing orders as needed.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering or maintenance teams.
  • Assist with scheduling and payroll reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role.
