Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Dorchester Hotel, recognized as one of 'The Sunday Times Top 10 Best Places to Work for' in 2024 & 2025 and 'Hotel of the year - London' at the 2024 AA Hospitality Awards.

Responsibilities
  • Check, coach, and communicate clearly with the housekeeping team.
  • Ensure guests receive the best experience; be aware of guest needs, flexible, and detail-oriented.
  • Handle special requests such as additional supplies, moving furniture, collecting supplies, deep cleaning, and special occasions.
  • Cover shift-based schedule: Monday to Sunday, early shifts starting 7am, evening shift ends 23:00.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a housekeeping supervisor in a hotel.
  • Attention to detail: detect incomplete cleaning.
  • Team leadership: guide a team to perform tasks well.
  • Time management: complete all tasks on schedule.
  • Energetic: comfortable standing, bending, lifting light items.
  • Customer service: friendly and respectful to guests and team members.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a luxury 5-star hotel.
  • Problem solving: handle small problems.
  • Basic IT skills: use smartphone/computer for simple tasks.
  • Health and safety awareness: understand or willing to learn safety rules.
