Full time: 35 hours per week, 5 over 7 days including weekends

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to join Hotels Collection as Housekeeping Supervisor reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager to cover our 4 unique properties where you will be based (The Scholar Hotel, The Scott Hotel, KM Hotel & Apartments).

In this challenging and varied role, you will supervise a team of housekeepers on their day-to-day tasks; carry out room checks and ensure our highest cleaning standards are achieved.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about providing impeccable cleanliness standards; enjoys working with people and is driven to achieve results. In this role you will:

  • Regularly carry out bedroom and public area inspections to ensure a high-quality service in all hotel.
  • Supervise a team of up to 40 housekeepers.
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are met to ensure a safe environment is provided and all our legal obligations met.
  • Report faults and maintenance issue to ensure we maximise our bedroom availability.

To succeed in this busy role, you will need strong communication skills, superb problem-solving abilities and immaculate attention to detail. You will have a background in a hospitality setting and a real desire to achieve success.
