£13.10 - £14.10 per hour

Alternate Weekend Working Required

Working hours: 08.00-14.30 / 09.00-15.30 4 days a week

Responsibilities

• Always ensuring high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with maintenance and management teams to ensure every room is well looked after.
• Leading by example, vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing and generally ensuring the upkeep of all communal areas and residents' bedrooms.
• Supervising housekeeping and laundry assistants, managing staff rotas, providing training, and ensuring that all housekeeping and domestic items are in stock or replenished accordingly.

Key Skills / Qualifications

You’ll have experience in a housekeeping role, always completing work to high standards and take pride in maintaining an organised environment. With strong communication skills, you’ll be able to confidently lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service, but you’ll also be happy working independently, prioritising and delegating tasks amongst your team where necessary. With an approachable and caring nature, you will enjoy getting to know each of our residents as well as working closely with other teams.
