A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Housekeeping role to maintain high cleaning standards across various facilities in Worcestershire. Working alongside clinical teams and infection control, housekeeping teams ensure the cleanliness of the Trust’s estate in accordance with national standards and the Trust’s strategic cleaning plan. You will be responsible for delivering a fully comprehensive and professional cleaning service, meeting NHS cleanliness standards and other housekeeping duties in accordance with schedules and procedures. The role spans local community hospitals, other inpatient settings, health centres, clinics and administrative areas. You will also relay information that may impact other clinical and non‑clinical services.
The role offers variety – no two days are the same. You will be expected to perform general cleaning tasks (bathrooms, kitchens, wards, clinics, theatres, office areas, etc.) and specialised cleaning processes, including machine operation and tasks tailored to specific services and patient care.

Location: KC2 Worcester
Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 16:30 – 19:30
