Job summary

Crowne Plaza Chester is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead our passionate team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

You will work closely with the maintenance team to keep rooms in top condition and manage budgets including payroll, linen and consumables, while offering shifts flexibility across 7 days. This role provides opportunities for career training with nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside brand training.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-service focus.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Work with maintenance to keep guest rooms in top condition.
• Manage budgets including payroll, linen and consumables.
• Oversee housekeeping operations and shift scheduling.

£36,000 per annum/ 40 hours per week over 5 days

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
