Job summary

Premier Inn Weymouth Seafront is hiring a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and drive clean, comfortable stays for guests. Immediate start, previous shift leadership experience is required.

You will oversee 35 hours per week at the Weymouth Seafront location and play a key part in maintaining Whitbread's hospitality standards across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience of shift leadership required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeper team to deliver clean, comfortable stays.
• Manage daily housekeeping operations and staffing.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
