Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Head Housekeeper at Inverness Premier Inn. You will lead the housekeeping team, manage shifts, and drive clean, comfortable stays for guests. Immediate start with experience in shift leadership is required.

Contract is permanent, 35 hours per week, with a pay rate up to £13.86 per hour. In addition to the role, Whitbread offers benefits and career development within the UK’s leading hospitality business.

Qualifications

• Experience of shift leadership in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Experience leading a housekeeping team and maintaining standards.
• Ability to manage a team and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team to deliver high cleanliness and comfort for guests.
• Schedule, train, and support the team to meet performance targets.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the department.

We're currently recruiting in our Inverness East Premier Inn. Working 35 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour.
