As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC‑One, kindness will be at the heart of everything you do. Working across dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist homes, you’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas according to schedule.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
  • Use cleaning products safely and adhere to hygiene procedures.
  • Support infection control and safety standards.
  • Assist with laundry and linen care.
  • Report any issues or repairs as needed.
