Job summary

Barchester Healthcare, a leading independent mental health hospital, is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant. You’ll help keep the hospital clean, safe and welcoming, directly impacting patients, visitors and staff.

Working 34 hours per week at £13.21 per hour, you’ll perform a variety of cleaning duties and receive training and development opportunities. A caring nature and reliability are valued, with comprehensive support provided.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Housekeeping Assistant at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you’ll help to create the comfortable and secure environment that ensures we can meet each patient’s unique needs. Keeping the hospital clean and safe is no small task, which is why the role of Housekeeping Assistant is so important. The variety of housekeeping and cleaning tasks you carry out will ensure everyone can enjoy a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. This means you’ll have a direct impact on our patients, their visitors and all the staff working to support them.
