Job summary

Healthcare Management Trust in Swansea is seeking a friendly housekeeping assistant to join Sancta Maria Hospital on a bank basis. You will cover shifts as needed, maintaining a clean, safe, patient-focused environment within a private hospital in SA1, Swansea.

We currently have the opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Housekeeping assistant to join our bank team at Sancta Maria Hospital, SwanseaAs a not-for-profit organisation, we are passionate about putting the patient first and we are committed to developing a five-star hospital which will set new standards in clinical care and patient experience in South West Wales.This is an exciting time to be a part of the team as we continue to grow our state-of-the-art private hospital and facilities situated in the SA1 area of Swansea.

Bank vacancies are not contracted to fixed hours; instead, they allow workers to pick shifts that align with their availability. Our Bank workers enable HMT to managing fluctuating demand, such as covering staff absences, busy periods, or unexpected workload increases whilst offering you the flexibility pick up shifts as available.
