In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be a testament to your dedication. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll approach your work with kindness and professionalism.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although full training will be provided. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. A positive attitude, good energy, and the ability to get along with people are vital. You should be a skilled communicator, attentive and considerate when interacting with residents and colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
