Job summary

Manor Court Care Home in Southall is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to maintain high cleanliness standards across communal areas and bedrooms. You will vacuum, mop, polish and manage housekeeping stocks, ensuring the home stays welcoming and comfortable for residents with dementia or mobility needs, while coordinating with the Housekeeping Supervisor on stock and safety matters.

Hours are 30 per week with alternate weekends, salary £12.75–£13.75 per hour, with benefits and career

The home also offers a double room, ideal for couples.Manor Court recognises the importance of healthy and nutritious food. The in-house chef has created a range of seasonal menus to ensure residents receive a balanced diet. Our care home is a place where every detail counts, and our team work together to ensure our residents feel right at home.**You’ll help us make health happen by:*** You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other housekeeping and maintenance staff* Always ensuring our residents are kept happy, you will vacuum, mop floors, polish and generally ensure the up-keep of all communal areas and our resident’s bedrooms* You’ll maintain housekeeping stocks for day to day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as you go**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:**You take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment.
