Kingfisher House Care Home in Perth is a brand-new, purpose-built home offering Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care. With a stunning riverside location, 77 beautifully designed bedrooms, and outstanding facilities including a cinema, café, hair salon, library, and sensory room, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team from the very start.
We are now looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our supportive team. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that directly enhances the wellbeing of our residents. Whether you have previous housekeeping experience or are new to this type of role, we will provide full training and support to help you succeed.
What We Offer
What You Will Do
As Housekeeping Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the care home. Your work will include cleaning bedrooms, communal areas, and sanitary facilities, caring for furniture and fixtures, and carrying out laundry duties to ensure residents’ belongings are handled with care. You will follow infection prevention and health and safety procedures, remove waste safely, and contribute to a pleasant, homely environment where residents feel comfortable and supported.
