Job summary

The Knights Grove Care Home in North Baddesley, operated by Bupa, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment for residents. You will work with the housekeeping team to ensure the home stays tidy and comfortable for everyone.

This hourly contracted role is ~5 days a week with alternating weekends, paying £13.30–£14.30 per hour, and includes benefits designed to support staff health, holidays, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards in communal areas and residents' bedrooms.
• Vacuum, mop floors, polish, and ensure upkeep of all areas.
• Manage housekeeping stocks and report issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
