Purpose and responsibilities:

• Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understand the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and the properties of cleaning materials, ensuring that areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
• Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and that their personal space and belongings are respected.

About the role

Your focus as a Housekeeping Assistant will be to work as part of a team, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the home. You will operate according to Avery Healthcare’s standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service standards are maintained.
