An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Assistant (Mornings) to join our Housekeeping Team working 15 Hours per week 6am - 9am. As a Housekeeping Assistant, your role will be supervised by the Housekeeping Supervisor and will report to the Housekeeping Lead.
Your role will be to provide a high standard of housekeeping and accommodation service across the site. You will ensure excellent levels of cleanliness that are consistent throughout the facility.
The role holder will liaise with managers and staff across the Trust and work closely with other members of the facilities team, assisting in laundry, deep clean, and other tasks as required.
You will be a natural and enthusiastic housekeeper, working both as part of a team and individually. This is a chance to make a lasting difference to the lives of thousands of children and families.

The Children's Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK via our Brain Injury Community Service.
Our beautiful 24‑acre site in Surrey is located just outside London, close to the M25 (access via Junction 8, A217 to Tadworth) and easily reachable by National Rail: Clapham Junction, Sutton, and Epsom.

Many roles at The Children’s Trust are exempt from the provisions of Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, as they fall under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (amended 2013 and 2020) and thus require an Enhanced DBS check. Successful applicants will complete an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, which will disclose unspent convictions and adult cautions as well as any spent convictions or adult cautions that are not protected.
Retail roles within Trust shops are subject to Basic DBS checks, revealing unspent convictions or adult cautions.
