• Flexible and reliable attitude.
• Committed to customer care and first-class service provision.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the supply of clean laundry and housekeeping services throughout the home.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas including bedrooms and communal spaces.
• Interact with residents and assist them as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the manager.
• Work closely with caregivers to support overall care plan.

Our Housekeeping team ensures the supply of clean laundry and housekeeping services throughout the home and contributes to the provision of cleaning, laundry and domestic services.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure the supply of clean laundry and housekeeping services throughout the home and contribute to the provision of cleaning, laundry and domestic services.
• Ensure all areas of the care home are clean, hygienic, and well‑maintained, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms.
• Handle laundry and linen care with attention to residents' personal belongings.
• Interact with residents, offering assistance when needed to help them feel at ease.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, reporting any shortages to the manager.
• Work closely with caregivers and other staff to support the overall care plan and home operations.
