We are looking for a housekeeper with a flexible approach to work, to join our existing team to help ensure all areas are kept to the highest standards. Catering experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
We couldn't run our sites without you and the fantastic work you will do keeping our wards, departments and areas clean, tidy, reducing the risk of infections and effectively helping keep our staff well and our patients safe.
Our people are working hard behind the scenes to provide safe, clean, well maintained environments for patients and their NHS colleagues during this challenging time. You will become part of a team who are passionate about supporting the NHS and its people in their vital work by keeping premises clean and safe.
As you would expect, we do have set cleaning standards and NHS guidelines to work towards, so whilst there is no experience required, we will fully train you on all of this. The work can be physically demanding and we don't shy away from this, however, we know that this will also be what motivates you.
Of course we want you to be friendly, reliable and conscientious as this role isn't just about vacuuming and cleaning, it's about being part of a whole team of staff working together to ensure the best environment for our patients to receive their treatments.
"Our STAR values - Service, Teamwork, Ambition and Respect - are a golden thread running through everything we do. These values serve as a guiding principle, driving us towards our vision of delivering great joined up services to our local community. Whether at home, in the community, or within the hospital, our goal is to empower individuals to lead independent and healthier lives."
