The Marbrook Centre in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, is hiring a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant on a 24-hour-per-week schedule with alternate weekends. The role offers £12.85 per hour and provides a rewarding position caring for adults with complex needs in a supportive team.

You will join a centre focused on dignity, respect and high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include cleaning all areas, handling laundry and linen, and ensuring wardrobes remain tidy.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all areas of the centre, including public areas and residents' rooms, are clean and consistently meet high standards.
Laundering and ironing residents' clothing, putting it away neatly, keeping wardrobes and drawers clean, and repairing clothing where necessary.
Maintaining linen stocks for day-to-day use.

Salary: £12.85 per hour

Hours: 24 hours per week alternate weekends

We have a vacancy for a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant who takes real pride in ensuring their work is always completed to our high standards.

Working as part of a team, you will maintain the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of each resident and handle their possessions with due care and respect.

Responsibilities

ensuring that all areas of our centre, including public areas and our resident's rooms are clean, and our high standards are met at all times.
