Qualifications

We are now looking for a Housekeeper to join our Facilities & Operations Team and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

The Role

As Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout our clinic, supporting both the Facilities and Kitchen teams. Your work will ensure our environment remains safe, hygienic, and comfortable for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas (basement to 4th floor)
  • Provide basic support to the kitchen team when required
  • Monitor stock levels and report low supplies for timely reordering
  • Report maintenance issues to the Facilities & Health & Safety Manager
  • Follow infection prevention control, fire safety, and health & safety policies
  • Treat clients with confidentiality and respect at all times
About You
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety systems (HACCP, COSHH, infection control, fire / emergency procedures)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of cleanliness
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a clinical, care, or hospitality setting is desirable
