Job summary

A private household is seeking a highly experienced housekeeper to manage all aspects of running a home, including cleaning and laundry. The role requires flexibility, working 2-3 days a week for a minimum of 10 hours. Candidates should be confident, proactive, and child-friendly as there are two young children in the home. A Basic DBS and enhanced eDBS certification are required. This is a permanent position offering £22 gross per hour, starting as soon as possible.

• Manage deep cleaning and general upkeep of the home.

Are you a highly experienced housekeeper that is happy to take on all aspects of running a home including deep cleaning? A wonderful down to earth family moving to Bishops Stortford, Essex are looking for a highly experienced and confident housekeeper to take on all aspects of running a home, including all aspects of cleaning, laundry and general upkeep of a home. Laundry is a very important part of the role and dealing with high end clothing. They are looking for someone motivated and proactive that does not need micro managing. The family have two young children aged 6 and 4 years old so they are looking for someone child friendly however there are no responsibilities in terms of childcare.

The position is for 2/3 days a week with a minimum of 10 hours per week, but the family are happy to be guided on the number of hours required in order to get everything completed.
