Live-in Housekeeper – St John’s Wood, London

This family based in St John’s Wood, London, is seeking a Live‑in Housekeeper to keep the household clean and tidy. The role involves all general housekeeping duties, with some cooking required. The family has a small dog, so candidates must be dog‑friendly. Travel to the USA for 4–8 weeks is optional but not essential.

Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8 to 10 hours per day

Accommodation: Beautiful spacious staff floor accommodation with their own bedroom and bathroom

Responsibilities

• Light childcare duties, including occasional babysitting as required
• Ironing and laundry
• Dusting and polishing furniture and surfaces
• Making up beds and changing linens
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Deep cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen, including the dishwasher
• Maintaining an exceptionally clean and organised environment
• Polishing marble surfaces
• Some cooking may be required
• Ensure all tasks are performed in a dog‑friendly manner
