Job summary

Inspire Neurocare in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to manage clean laundry and housekeeping services across the home. You will help ensure clean, hygienic spaces and support residents with a friendly, caring approach.

Ideal candidates will have domestic experience in a care-home setting, especially with laundry, a flexible and reliable attitude, and a commitment to high standards of customer care and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous domestic experience in a similar care home setting, especially with laundry.
• Ability to be flexible and reliable in a fast-paced care home environment.
• Commitment to customer care and high standards of service.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the supply of clean laundry and housekeeping services throughout the home.
• Keep all areas clean, hygienic, and well-maintained (bedrooms, communal spaces, bathrooms).
• Handle laundry and linen care with attention to residents' belongings.
• Interact with residents and offer assistance to help them feel at ease.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the manager.
• Collaborate with caregivers and staff to support the home’s care plan.
