Job Overview

Hours to be worked over evenings and night shifts.

We are looking for an individual who can contribute to the team, who has a can‑do attitude, is cheerful and willing to go the extra few yards to make the patient and customer experience the best it can be.

Someone who is responsible, reliable, understands what good customer service is, and will maintain good health and safety standards.

The successful applicant will have to cope with pressure and work to strict time frames.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ward with serving meals and drinks to patients on a busy assessment area ward throughout the day, and support staff to monitor nutrition and hydration.
  • Clean and monitor kitchen areas on the ward, ensuring fridge temperatures are taken and recorded accurately.
  • Support ward staff to maintain patient safety, ensuring stock ordering and replenishment.
