Job summary

Young's Pubs in Worplesdon is seeking a Housekeeper to deliver excellent housekeeping and guest service in a country pub with rooms. You will help maintain cleanliness across guest areas, linen, and supplies while contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for high standards, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Training and ongoing development are provided, with opportunities to grow within the Young’s pubs network.

• Passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Very high standards with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Willing to learn and take part in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, outgoing manner and work as part of a team.
• Maintain equipment, linen and guest supplies and ensure daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.

What we look for in a Housekeeper

As the successful Housekeeper, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail. Our Housekeepers play an important role in the maintenance of our equipment, management of our linen and guest supplies and ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and projects are delivered on time and to highest standard. You’ll get lots of training and have a good time along the way.
