Job summary

Young's Pubs is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across our venues. You will contribute to guest satisfaction with a friendly, team-focused approach and a passion for detail.

You'll manage guest rooms, linen and supplies, and carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks with consistency. Training is provided, and you’ll work as part of a supportive kitchen/housekeeping team in a vibrant pub environment.

Qualifications

• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Assist with linen management and stock of guest supplies.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and projects on time.

What we look for in a Housekeeper:

As the successful Housekeeper, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail. Our Housekeepers play an important role in the maintenance of our equipment, management of our linen and guest supplies and ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and projects are delivered on time and to highest standard. You’ll get lots of training and have a good time along the way.
