Job summary

Brunning & Price’s The Mytton and Mermaid in Shrewsbury is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a welcoming, sparkling-clean environment for guests and staff.

You will be friendly, detail-oriented and experienced with vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and toilet cleaning. This role offers 20-25 hours per week at £13 per hour plus Tronc, with paid overtime and great staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to clean to high standards.
• 20-25 hours per week commitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and polish public areas and bedrooms.
• Clean toilets and sanitize bathrooms.
• Turn over bedrooms between guests and maintain hygiene standards.

About you...

You will be friendly, conscientious and take pride in achieving high standards. Ideally, we’d like you to have some previous experience, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, toilet cleaning and turning over bedrooms.
