Potters Bar Clinic is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support a safe, clean environment for young people and adults with mental health needs. You will join a housekeeping team, maintain all areas of the service, and work closely with maintenance to ensure high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires previous cleaning experience in a similar environment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Training and development opportunities are offered, with a comprehensive benefits package

• Undertaking any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.

If you have an eye for detail and enjoy creating a safe and clean environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society, then join the team at Potters Bar Clinic as a Housekeeper.

You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at a service for young people with mental health conditionswhere you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area.

Working closely with the maintenance team you’ll ensure all areas of the service are spotless and be able to confidently deliver high standard cleaning services.

You’ll receive all necessary training to get you started and join the dedicated team, where you can make a positive difference and be part of changing lives for the better.There’s also a huge range of courses on offer to help grow and develop your career. This is a full time position of 37.5 hours a week.

Potters Bar Clinic comprises two acute mental health wards for adult men and women, and two CAMHS Tier 4 low secure wards for young people aged 13-18.

Located in a residential area, Potters Bar Clinic is only a one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.
