Responsibilities

To be responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all the Multi-disciplinary Teams, Carers, Hotel Service Staff, and the General Public.

To provide a friendly, clean, comfortable, and safe environment for patients and staff, ensuring a positive service user experience that reflects the values of Summerhill Supplies Limited (SSL) and Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (BSMHFT).

To work as a member of the Hotel Services/Ward team by contributing to the provision of a comfortable and effective stay for patients. To be responsible for overseeing that the ward is clean and tidy, that patient's food is delivered correctly, that repairs, maintenance, linen services, and consumables are available, contributing to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

About SSL & BSMHFT

At SSL, we work in partnership with Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT), to deliver facilities management, transport and other support services to over 50 sites across the West Midlands.
